Established in the Worcestershire area since 1989, our team of builders and tradesmen provide first-class craftsmanship along with a wealth of knowledge and skill to complete all your needs for new builds, restoration, barn conversions, extensions and alterations through to the design and construction of swimming pools and spas. Restoration

We provide property owners with solutions to problem areas of the homes that are not performing to their potential. As a result of vast experience and building expertise, we are able to offer a unique end to end building restoration solution which will assess, address, and restore your property.

SJ Bray building and design have a great passion and knowledge for converting often old and derelict barns and out-buildings into habitable dwellings, whilst maintaining the character of its originality by using many different skills and materials acquired over the past 30 years.

Swimming Pools

With over 20 years of experience in the swimming pool and spa industry, the SJ Bray team have designed and built many pools to date including indoor housed pools with a built-in spa to outdoor pools or various build types and shapes. From start to finish, refurbs and repairs are also allocated to their portfolio alongside renovations and refurbishments creating stunning visuals of their client's wishes and family enjoyment.

New Build

We have a wide spectrum of new build experience at SJ Bray from building four luxury 5 bedroom detached houses for developers to a 2 bedroom single property for a residential customer. We combine the highest standards of traditional building and materials with attention to detail on a bespoke internal finish using our tradesmen and craftsmanship to create your prestigious new home.
